Balboa - Newcomer

Class description

Fast music, cool footwork and close dancing – Balboa is all that and more. This swing dance originated in Southern California in the 1930s and 1940s and is a fusion of several dance styles from that era. We will show you the basic dance posture and teach you the first steps and figures, which you can build on in further courses.

• Comfortable pace: no requirements

• Please note: Classes are mainly held in English.
• To choose the right course, please refer to our notes on the course system.
• Please bring a change of shoes with light-coloured soles or socks for dancing to the course.
